Hi! I’m Sarah Worsham, Owner, personal trainer & morning group fitness leader. I’m here for the early birds who want to start their day off with a bang. HIIT workouts involve alternating periods of intense exercise with short rest or recovery periods. These workouts are designed to elevate the heart rate and challenge the body, often incorporating a variety of movements and equipment. HIIT is known for its effectiveness in burning fat and improving cardiovascular fitness. Different HIIT routines can focus on various aspects of fitness, such as cardio, strength, or agility.
Hi! I’m Grace, an AFAA-certified group fitness instructor with a strong foundation in sports and an active lifestyle. I lead the evening Total Body Strength, a full-body workout designed to build strength, improve endurance, and support functional movement. Classes use a variety of equipment and bodyweight exercises, with options for all fitness levels. My goal is to create a welcoming community where you can challenge yourself, grow stronger, and become the best version of you—I can’t wait to see you in class!
